With the support of churches in the community, “concentrated interest and activity” began in Lincoln Village. What once was a run-down area has become a neighborhood of committed friends and partners. A group of men and women formed the Lincoln Village Preservation Corporation to purchase and renovate homes in the area.

The Preservation Corporation is focused on providing affordable and safe low-income housing. The primary means of providing this housing is found in the acquisition, renovation, leasing of current properties in disrepair, as well as, the development of housing on unimproved property in the Lincoln Village Area. Our goal is restore the neighborhood and return the ownership of the homes to the residents of the Village.
